Insurance Information & Sliding Scale Fees
Currently I am not accepting insurance. What this means is clients are responsible for payment at the beginning of scheduled appointment. If you would like to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company I can assist in providing a superbill upon request and support in completing appropriate documentation without additional charge.
Therapy is an investment of time and finances, so please do not hesitate to talk openly with me about concerns, payment options, and support. I am also able to discuss with you sliding scale fee for service if needed.
* reimbursement is up to the discretion of the insurance company therefore I cannot be held liable or guarantee reimbursement
Fees are structured to reflect a 45 min therapeutic hour.
Payment will be processed at the beginning of session.
*Cancellation Policy: Clients are responsible for full fee in the event a notice of cancellation has not been given within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. It is up to the discretion of therapist to terminate services upon multiple cancellations or no shows.
